Product Overview
Equipped with self-developed screw locking software system, used for pre pressing and locking of sensor clamping, structural connectors, and pressure block assembly. Manual loading and unloading, automatic alignment, servo electric screwdriver locking screws, full process operation, precise control of locking torque value, eliminating problems such as slipping teeth, unbalanced locking force, and failure to lock in place. The equipment can be adapted to military aerospace components, new energy parts, AI terminal electronics, medical sensing modules, weighing scales, collaborative robots, humanoid robot sensor core components. Different specifications of screws and irregular installation workstations can be customized for non-standard design.
