Product Overview
A surface activation processing equipment specially designed for sensor elastomers, equipped with a high-definition visual alignment system and precision servo transmission structure. Through laser micro etching technology, uniform micro textures and cross lines are generated on the metal surface to enhance colloidal adhesion and stabilize the precise bonding effect of strain gauges. Effectively improving issues such as detachment, parameter drift, and zero offset during product use, it can process flat, curved, inner flat, deep hole, and irregular structured workpieces, adapt to the production of high stability products such as robots, military, and new energy, and support customized roughening solutions for different workpieces.
