Product Overview

Integrate the two major processes of manual soldering and soldering to solve the problems of strain gauge micro pads, fine pins, and soldering. Equipped with a high-definition visual alignment system and precision servo transmission structure, the solder paste is quantitatively sprayed and then welded into shape through laser non-contact welding. The heating range is controllable, reducing adverse phenomena such as virtual soldering, soldering, and component parameter deviation. The equipment is suitable for military high reliability, medical equipment, AI microdevices, consumer electronics and other strain gauge products. Solder paste printing and laser welding of solder pads are available, and special welding requirements can be customized with equipment solutions.
